Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Minimum Order: $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

At Baseball Gear Shop, we stand behind our products just like we stand behind home plate. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Catcher’s Equipment Sets (once assembled or used)
  • Baseball Batting Helmets (for hygiene reasons)
  • Baseballs (once removed from original packaging)
  • Cleats (if worn or with signs of use)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Print and include the return authorization form we provide

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timeframe:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was free
